Preggo Pics

I have had some recent requests to post my lastest pregnancy pictures. So, I decided to post them all. Randy and I take a new picture of my expanding belly every 5 weeks, something that we started with Felicity. So, the first picture is at 5 weeks, the 2nd is at 10 weeks, the 3rd is at 15 weeks and the last one is at 20 weeks. As of today, I am 23 weeks along, so the last one is a little old. Enjoy!! :)

Catching Up . . . Big Time!!!

Well, it certainly has been awhile. Sorry to all those people who happen to keep checking our blog for updates. But guess what, here's the latest!!!

Felicity is starting to get pretty excited for the arrival of her "baby ister," at least for now she is since I am pretty sure she has no idea what the implications of having a baby around are. No we don't know for sure that we are having a girl. In fact, we don't plan to find out what we are having until it is born. Felicity just calls it her baby sister. We have been trying to get her to say that it would be okay if she has a baby brother and she is finally starting to come around on that issue.

She is probably about 90% potty trained right now. She still insists on a diaper to do #2 and we still have the occasional accidents. But most of the time she tells us when she has to go. She is doing great and I am relieved that there is light at the end of the tunnel and come March I will only have 1 set of diapers to change!!!!

In early October Felicity and I went to Pittsburgh with Randy's sister Mary and her daughter Rachel. Mary had a conference for her professional society and invited us along with her. We were there for about 5 days and played tourist. We had a great time and Pittsburgh was a very nice city. It was not what I expected at all. We stayed downtown and it had a great old town/modern feel to it. We saw a lot of things and went a lot of places, but I know that if we would have more time we could have seen A LOT more!!!

About 2 weeks ago, my friend Beth, her husband Ted and their daughter Kendall came down from Flagstaff for the weekend. The six of us went to Disney on Ice: Princess Wishes. Both Kendall and Felicity are totally into Cinderella so they had a great time there. Felicity just sat there and watched everybody skating around. The show was obviously not for adults, but it was so much fun watching the girls get so excited about everything. When Beth and Ted came down they brought down Felicity's birthday present. They gave her a bouncy horse that she just loves. She even named it Penny after the horse that is in a book of hers. It is very cute that she came up with all by herself.

Last weekend we went down to Wilcox with our friends, Angie, Joe, Luke, Lisa and Mikey. We got to ride a hayride down to the pumpkin patch and then pick out which pumpkin we wanted. After some fresh produce shopping and some cute picture opportunities we headed down the road to the apple orchard. We had some lunch there and then headed back to Tucson. It was a long day for the kids and two pregnant mommies, but is certainly was worth it. The kids had a great time and we got a great pumpkin for Halloween carving.

Last night of course was Halloween. Since Felicity has recently developed an obsession with Cinderella, she dressed up as Cinderella (or CeCerella as she calls her). A new shopping/office/restaurant center just down the street from us was doing trick-or-treating there. I take a yoga class at that center so we went down there first and then came back to our neighborhood and went to a few houses. She was the "silent trick-or-treater." She didn't really say "trick-or-treat" (even though she has been practicing for a week!) and finally by the end of the night we got her to say "thank you." But most of the time she just kind of stood there looking pretty! :) She said she had a good time and today has been asking to go trick-or-treating again.
